ANTHBOT Parent LDROBOT Agrees to Buy German Mower Maker SABO and Its 1,400-Dealer European Network
Shenzhen LDROBOT, the Hong Kong-listed parent of the ANTHBOT robot mower brand, has agreed to buy 100% of SABO-Maschinenfabrik, a German lawn mower maker founded in 1932 with more than 1,400 specialist retailers across Europe. Total outlay is capped at EUR 6 million. The deal has not closed.
